PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an object to be arranged an optimal position by a method wherein, when indicating the effect that evaluation results of evaluating means of a decided object to be arranged and the other objects to be arranged do not satisfy restriction conditions, a change of the disposition position is instructed for position deciding means. SOLUTION: Various pieces of information recorded in an arranging design information recorder 21 and a solution candidate forming information recorder 22 are converted into arranging design parameters and solution candidate forming parameters in a parameter set part 23. Referring to the arranging parameters, a disposition enable region of a plurality of pads is calculated by a P-arrange enable region calculation part 24, and a half-decided position of each pad is positioned by a P half-deciding positioning part 25 within the arrange enable region. When indicating the effect that the decided half-deciding position of each pad and a half-deciding position of each bond do not satisfy wiring process restriction conditions by a restriction sufficiency evaluation part 26, the half-deciding position of each pad is changed by a P-position half- deciding value change part 27. |
