PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method utilizing the optical energy of the solar light used for object lighting. SOLUTION: Sollar light collected with a condensing body 1 is received with a light receiving part 2 positioned in an optical focal point of the condensing body or in the vicinity of the focal point, and transmitted to a lighting part 5 through a fiber cable 3 connected to the light receiving part 2.
