PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing unforeseen performance deterioration of the whole database processing system caused by execution of inquiry processing exceeding an allowable load quantity. SOLUTION: This database inquiry processing method for executing inquiry to a database has a step for inputting an inquiry request to the database, a step for calculating an inquiry cost value required for execution of the inputted inquiry processing, and a step for acquiring user right information of a user executing the inquiry from a user right information list wherein user's rights of each user are defined, and determining continuation or discontinuation of execution of the inquiry processing following disposition at the allowable load quantity exceeding time when the calculated inquiry cost value exceeds the allowable load quantity in the user right information.
