PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond rapidly and flexibly to concept of each user in an active information space of dialogue. SOLUTION: A server 1 has database 1A, 1B, 1C. The database 1A stores keywords and a plural question/answer information corresponding thereto. The database 1B stores the keywords and several concept spaces made of sets of term pairs defining keywords near in the concept. The database 1C stores information in regard to the concept spaces previously selected and registered from the sample concept space database by each user. When several users talk by each terminal through the server 1, the server 1 selects all the term pairs having the link keywords from all the concept spaces for unknown keywords and stochastically selects the link keywords for forming the concept space of a listener. Thereby information is filtered corresponding to knowledge of the listener for providing the information corresponding to the knowledge of the listener.
