PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which is miniaturized by reducing the number of parts, and which prevents influence by warpage or twist caused by heat even when the device is used for a long term after attachment. SOLUTION: A housing whose outside wall becomes the external surface of the device can be divided in a direction nearly rectangular to a recording paper carrying direction, and a heat roller 14 and a press roller 15 can be held in a 1st housing 25, then pins 43 being a fixing means to an image forming device main body are erected on a line between the rotational center axes of the rollers 14 and 15 so that their space may be wider than space between the rotational center axes of both rollers.
