PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide a device with easy constitution and less expensive, to monitor a datum to be photographed easily and to photograph the datum with suitable size on a film. SOLUTION: Data film 2 consisting of an endless tape is stored in a case 10. Data film 2 is passed around drums 3, 4 and is moved with the drum turned by knob 9. Data to be monitored and data to be photographed are formed on film 2. A datum to be monitored can be seen from a data monitoring window 11 on the outside of case 10. A datum to be photographed is located at a photographing window 5a formed on a film holder 5 facing film F. When a datum to be monitored is at the position of the data monitoring window 11, a datum to be photographed corresponding to this monitoring datum is faced in the photographing window 5a. Photographing light source 6 is equipped at the position facing the photographing window 5a sandwiching the datum to be photographed.
