PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a withstand voltage of a rectifying means connected to a secondary side of a leakage transformer in a power converter for a magnetron driver. SOLUTION: To eliminate an excess voltage generated when a magnetron 9 is started in a rectifying means 8 connected to a secondary winding side of a leakage transformer 2, a peak voltage is suppressed by using a comparison calculator 13 for comparing a voltage divided by two resistors 10, 11 provided between a connecting point of the transformer 2 to a third capacitor 3 and a DC power source 1 with a specified reference voltage, and hence a withstand voltage of an element used for the rectifier can be lowered. |
