The hot water mixing pump ensures quick heating of water and the heating or cooling of the surroundings by a second disconnectable heat-exchanger. It has a compressor (20) and a heat exchanger (10) for heating water. A valve (21) allows, in the closed position, by equilibrium of the pressure reducing valve (25), to maintain the pressure in the low-pressure condenser (22) of the refrigeration circuit.
