PURPOSE: An industrial boiler is provided to reduce heating time and fuel cost. CONSTITUTION: A boiler(100) has a pair of hot water tanks(20,30) with identical structure connected with an upper connecting tube(23) and a lower connecting tube(24) so that heating water flows between the hot water tanks and having heaters(28,29) formed therein, respectively, to heat heating water with supplied electricity. A heat exchanger(40) is built in one of the hot water tank where water is separately circulated to be heated by heating water heated in the hot water tank so as to be used as hot water. Heating water is heated in both of the hot water tank with the separate heaters, respectively, to reduce heating time and power consumption.
