PURPOSE: A system for securing and controlling a wireless communication device using an iris recognizing system is provided to embody a security and a control of a user's wireless communication device by receiving an iris image of a user, creating iris recognizing data through an image processing, an encryption, and a compression, and storing the data in an iris recognizing data storing unit in a wireless communication device. CONSTITUTION: A video or image input device(10) includes an iris image input function of a user. An image processing unit(24) enhances a quality of the inputted iris image, extracts a characteristic of the iris, and divides an iris area into a belt type track. A data storing unit(27) stores the iris data. An iris data comparing and analyzing unit(31) compares iris data pre-stored in the data storing unit(27) with newly inputted iris data for a user certification and analyzes the data. An iris recognizing interface unit(21) outputs and supplies an identity or not of the compared and analyzed iris data to the user.
