PURPOSE: A textile finishing device is provided which makes it possible to finish the textile variously in accordance with a use object so increases marketability, finishes the textile automatically and continuously on a non-tension condition, and purifies dust and impurity contained in hot blast by an air cleaner. CONSTITUTION: The textile finishing device is comprised of: a pre-finishing part and a finishing part of the textile(101); the first finishing part(210), the second finishing part(220) and the third finishing part(230); a blast chamber(213) installed in each finishing part; a narrow long path(214) installed in the middle of the blast chamber(213); communicating holes made on both sides of the path(214); forward-backward blast nozzles installed on the communicating holes; and a blast regulating plate installed between the blast nozzles. The operating method is as follows: regulating a direction of blast by rotation of the blast regulating plate; and moving the textile(101) passing through the path(214) forward and backward on the non-tension condition by blast injected through the blast nozzles.
