PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components by omitting an insulating tape and a coil frame, to simplify a winding operation and a mounting operation due to them, to simplify an operation by omitting a barrel treatment and to surely prevent the disconnection and the collapse of a winding. SOLUTION: A winding part 211 is molded by a form rolling and working operation. Consequently, the generation of burrs is suppressed, a barrel treatment is not required, a corner part is not generated in the winding part 211, there is no fear that a winding 22 is disconnected, and an insulating tape in conventional cases and its winding operation can be made unnecessary. In addition, a flange part 214 is molded integrally over the whole circumference of the winding part 211. Consequently, the whole circumference in the side part of the winding 22 can be pressed completely, and the winding collapse of the winding 22 can be prevented surely. As a result, a coil frame in conventional cases and its mounting operation can be made unnecessary. |
