PURPOSE: A process of preparing green-bean sprouts using a ginseng extract as an antiseptic for sterilization and growth promotion without agricultural chemicals or chemical substances harmful to human body is provided. Whereby, the product can maintain fresh quality for a long time and has an anticancer effect at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A large amount of dried green-bean is washed in water at ambient temperature, soaked in water at about 40deg.C and sprouted with an ginseng extract at 40deg.C for 4 to 5 hours. Water is sprayed on the sprouted green-beans every 4hr and 1 to 5% by weight of a ginseng solution is sprayed thereon once a day. |
