<p>PURPOSE: Provided are a transgenic mammal containing human protooncogene and a kit for diagnosing breast, kidney, ovary or stomach cancer. In particular, cancer can be incident in the transgenic mammal cell line by over-expressing HCCR-1, therefore the transgenic mammal cell line is used for the cancer diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: The mammal cell line, a mouse cell line HCCR-1M(KCTC 0923BP) or a human cell line HCR-1H(KCTC 0922BP) is prepared by transformation with an expression vector containing human protooncogene of the SEQ ID NO:1. The mammal fertilized egg, mouse fertilized egg HCCR-1(KCTC 0924BP), contains the human protooncogene. Therefore, the transgenic mammal generated therefrom induces cancer. A kit for diagnosing cancer contains mRNA expressed from the gene, a probe having complementary nucleotide sequence to the gene or an antibody binding to a protein translated from the mRNA.</p> |
