PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitor widened in a work space by disposing a flat panel having a small display screen on the flank or front surface of a casing constituting a display main body having a large display screen and driving the both display screens with the same operating system(OS). SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 4 is disposed on the flank of the casing constituting the CRT display 2 and both thereof are constituted to be driven by the same OS. The multimonitor M is constituted by installing the liquid crystal display device 4 having the small display screen as the flat panel to the CRT display 2 as the display main body having the large display screen 1. The lower part of the CRT display 2 is provided with a mounting stage 5. For example, Windows 98 is installed as the OS to a computer body 6 and further two video cards may be mounted thereto as well. The one video card is made to correspond to the CRT display 2 and the other video card to the liquid crystal display device 4. |
