CONSTITUTION: The restaurant operation method changing daily menu is characterized by using the following weekly menu to serve people, in which foods made from Houttuynia cordata material serve on Monday, foods made from green tea serve on Tuesday, functional foods made from jade or silver serve on Wednesday, foods to protect liver serve on Thursday, chicken or duck boiled with rice serves on Friday and seasoning foods serve on Saturday.
