PURPOSE: A method for forming a call in a mobile terminal is provided so that a mobile terminal can conveniently execute call transfer or a conference call. CONSTITUTION: In a mobile terminal, a control part(20) controls the operations of the mobile terminal overall. A radio part(60) controls the transmission and reception of voice data and control data under the control of the control part(20). A voice processing part(70) converts the voice data received from the radio part(60) into an audible sound through a speaker. Also the voice processing part(70) makes the voice signal received from a microphone into data and outputs the voice data to the radio part(60). A key input part(40) comprising a plurality of numeric keys and function keys, outputs key input data, based on a user's key push operation, to the control part(20). A display part(50) displays various messages under the control of the control part(20). A memory part(30) is comprised of a program memory and a data memory. The program memory stores program data to call a previously stored telephone number, without a dialing process, for call transfer or a conference call in a traffic state. Also the program memory stores program data to control the operations of the mobile terminal.
