PURPOSE: Heat efficiency of a halogen heater is improved to reduce cooking time, and to simplify structure and reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An upper structure of a microwave oven comprises an upper heating source(30) installed in upper part of the cavity(20) and comprising at least two kinds of heaters. A fan assembly(70) is installed in upper part of the cavity to form an air current. A plurality of through holes(60) is formed in upper face of the cavity to transfer radiation heat and convection heat to inside of the cavity. The upper heating source comprises a halogen heater(33) for radiation heat and a ceramic heater for convection heat.
