<p>Methods for the separation of sulfur compounds from a hydrocarbon mixture using an ionic membrane are provided. Preferred ionic membranes are Nafion®-type (polymers of perfluorosulfonic acid) membranes and derivatives thereof. Preferred applications include the removal of sulfur contaminants from light cracked naphthas.</p> |
