A flexible container, wherein conductive filament bodies (44) are driven in a woven cloth (42) forming the container foundation cloth (38) of a shell part (21) circumferentially only in vertical direction at specified intervals, the lower end part of the shell part (21) is stacked on the outer peripheral end part of the container foundation cloth (38) forming the lower surface (23) thereof, a conductive band-shaped body (35) of channel shape in cross section is installed in the entire circumferential area of the stacked portion so as to cover the stacked portion, and an earth fitting device (36) for connecting an earth cable thereto is fixed to the conductive band-shaped body (35), whereby an electrostatic charge generated in the shell part (21) is transmitted to the conductive band-shaped body (35) through the conductive filament bodies (44), and discharged from the earth fitting device (36) to the outside.
