PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure of a synchronizing device when the relative rotation with a synchronized gear is high. SOLUTION: A through-hole 40 communicating the inner peripheral surface with an outer peripheral surface 35a is formed in an inner cone 35, a through hole 41 communicating the inner peripheral surface 36b with an outer peripheral surface 36a is formed in a middle cone 36, and a through-hole 42 communicating the inner peripheral surface 34a with the outer peripheral surface is formed in an outer cone 34. The respective through-holes 40-42 are formed at equal intervals in several places on the circumference to pierce from the inner cone 35 through the middle cone 36 to the outer cone 34 in the radial direction to supply lubricating oil to the mutual sliding surfaces of the cones.
