STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING MOUNTING PIN OF ALUMINUM RADIATOR

PURPOSE: A structure for supporting mounting pin of aluminum radiator is provided to prevent coolant in the radiator from leaking through a joining part of the mounting pin and a tank. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a mounting pin(20) made of aluminum, just as a header(10) of a radiator is, and vertically installed on an upper surface of a tank of a radiator forming a passage together with the header and fixed on a car body; and a supportive piece(30) comprising a horizontal part(32) having a pin hole(31) through which the mounting pin is inserted and supporting a separation preventive protrusion(21) formed on a lower end of the mounting pin from upper side and vertical parts(33,34) extended down from both sides of the horizontal part and fixed to a supportive piece installation part(12) formed on the tank to fix the mounting pin.
