The invention relates to a sliding device (1), e.g. a ski or snowboard (2), etc. comprising a plate-shaped supporting device (20), which is mounted on a surface (6) of the sliding device (1) and which is provided for at least one binding device. Said binding device can be fastened to the supporting device (20) and is provided for detachably fixing footwear. The supporting device (20) can be displaced in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the snowboard (2) inside at least one guide arrangement (22), which is formed by a height and/or lateral guiding track (23) of the sliding device (1) and by guiding means (24) located inside the supporting device (20).
