PURPOSE: A CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) driver for reducing switching noise is provided to operate a CMOS driver stably without an error by breaking an instant current at an output tap to maintain a potential level constantly at the output tap. CONSTITUTION: A first PMOS(P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor)(100) and a first NMOS(N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor)(200) are connected with an invertor. A delay buffer(300) which is connected with the first NMOS(200) prevents the first PMOS(100) and the first NMOS(200) from being activated simultaneously.
