The piston (1) is a plastic component, and has a piston link head (7), with ball seat for articulated support for a first tappet ball (14), which is connected to the piston. The piston link head completely encloses the tappet ball. The piston including its surface (6), is an injection-molded component without cutting finishing. The piston surface is structured to prevent screeching noises. The piston contains an internal cylinder, and the piston link head is located inside it with matching outer cylinder (8).
