PURPOSE: An image sensor having a double lens is provided to refract the light radiated into a region except a photodiode to a photodiode region, by forming a concave part between micro lenses in a substrate direction so that another lens is fabricated. CONSTITUTION: A color filter(32) is formed on a light receiving unit, overlapping the light receiving unit. A transparent layer(34) covers the color filter. The first lens is formed in the transparent layer overlapped between adjacent color filters, composed of a concave part which is convex toward the light receiving unit. A planarization layer(35) covers the transparent layer and the concave part. The second lens is formed on the planarization, overlapped between the first lenses adjacent to each other.
