PURPOSE: A forming device of a double-core corrugated cardboard and its forming method are provided to improve the compressive strength by differing a sticking method of corrugated cardboards. CONSTITUTION: Liquid sodium silicate or a starchy glue mixture is sprayed to a single corrugated cardboard(12) and a second core cardboard(17). A first core cardboard(8) and the second core cardboard are stuck together by combining glue corpuscles. Thereby, the compressive strength and the production speed are improved and the absorbing effect of strong shock is excellent.
