PURPOSE: A composite hose is provided to reduce the weight of an inner spiral liner by forming the liner of a hollow cylindrical element and make the entire fluid resistance uniform by forming the hollow cylindrical element in the shape of triangle or hemisphere with a plane surface facing fluid. CONSTITUTION: A composite hose includes an inner spiral liner(1) for serving as a core and wound with a synthetic resin film(5) of a predetermined thickness, and an outer spiral liner(7) wound on the surface of the inner spiral liner. The inner spiral liner is formed of a triangular cylindrical body(3) having triangular or hemispheric sections, so that plane surface becomes positioned toward fluid.
