<p>A tool (20) has a pair of elongate housings (30, 32) adapted to be joined together in a housing assembly for enclosing and supporting a flexible drive mechanism (34) entrained about a pair of rotatble elements (36). Each of the rotatable elements is disposed on the housing assembly at opposite ends thereof. A flexible drive mechanism provides a tranfer of power between the roatable elements so that rotation of one rotatable element of one input end of the hosuing assembly will effect driven rotation of the other rotatable element at an output end of the housing assembly. The elongate housings include male (50) and female (46) configurations for aligning and joining the housing without independent fasteners.</p> |
