PURPOSE: A mobile station enabling Bluetooth communication is provided to enable a bluetooth communication service and a mobile communication service by embedding a Bluetooth chip and designing PCM data inputted through a Bluetooth local network and a wide area network, and share the equal codec. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth module(100) performs wireless local communication with Bluetooth peripherals. If a user selects a mode of a mobile station in a mobile telecommunication mode, a hands-free mode, and a PSTN mode, an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(200) outputs a path set control signal corresponding to the selected mode. The MSM(200) processes modulation and demodulation of voice, character, and image data, and performs vocoder function as well as various control functions. If receiving PCM voice data from the Bluetooth module(100) or the MSM(200), a codec(300) converts the received PCM voice data to analog signals. If receiving analog voice data, the codec(300) converts the analog voice data to digital signals for outputting to the Bluetooth module(100) or the MSM(200). If receiving the path set control signal from the MSM(200), a path set part(400) switches connections between the Bluetooth module(100) and the codec(300), the Bluetooth module(100) and the MSM(200), or the MSM(200) and the codec(300) to be correspondent to the control signal. |
