PURPOSE: A baking machine is provided to prevent a sealing pack from seceding from kneading drums by accurately controlling a rotating position of the kneading drums, and to improve the efficiency of kneading thereof. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine is comprised of a body defining an oven chamber(10) and a parts chamber; a door for the oven chamber; a pair of kneading drums(11,13) spaced each other in the oven chamber for gripping both ends of a sealing bag containing a baking material; a drum driving part(25) installed in the parts chamber for rotating the kneading drums; a rotating position detecting part(30) for detecting a rotating position of at least one kneading drums; and a control part for controlling the driving of the drum driving part on the basis of a rotating signal of the kneading drums detected by the rotating position detecting part.
