PURPOSE: A heat sink is provided to prevent a leg for fixing a heat sink to a substrate from floating or being warped, by including one of a pipe-type screw coupling part or leg settling part having a protrusion or all of the two. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink body(20a) radiates heat. The leg settling part(20c) is inserted into the side surface of the heat sink body, vertical to a circuit board. A hole of a predetermined type and a groove of a predetermined type are formed in the leg settling part to settle a leg(21) fixed after the leg settling part is coupled to the circuit board. The leg settling part has a protrusion(20c') surrounding the leg of a pin type. The leg is settled in the leg settling part.
