<p>This invention relates to a robot for pricking out plants. It is made up of one or more mobile supports (1), comprising the compartment trays (4) containing the plants (5) to be transplanted, one or more transfer systems (3) and one or more conveyors (2) that carry the pots (6) or collectors and that move above the mobile support(s) (1). These mobile supports are controlled in such a way that, at the moment of extraction, the plants (5) to be transferred are positioned as close as possible to the conveyor (2), in order to make the transfer distance (3) as short as possible and each transfer identical. The invention allows the movements required for the transplantation of plants into pots or collectors to be mechanised and automated in horticultural installations of all sizes.</p> |
