SOLUTION: This medal game machine 1 constituted to pay out medals falling into a medal drop groove 10 to a player is provide with a game table 15 on which a plurality of medals can be retained and to which medals thrown in by the player can get, a medal stop part 17 positioned above the game table 15, and a table driving part 16 for pulling in the game table 15 under the medal stop part 17 and pushing out the pulled-in game table 15 onto the medal drop groove 10 side. The medal stop part 17 prevents the intrusion of the medals between the medal stop part 17 and the game table 15.
