发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COAL PACK CRYSTAL FOR ION GENERATION
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a coal pack crystal for ion exchange, which discharge anion and radiant energy thus enabling the coal pack to be used as filler in a drier or massage tool giving excellent effect on cosmetic treatment. The coal pack made of crystal rather than coal powder does not scatter any coal powder and does not contaminate environmental atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing coal pack crystal for ion exchange comprises the steps of: mixing 70 wt.% of charcoal powder(lower than 200 mesh) with a purity of 95%, 2-10 wt.% of filler such as aluminum oxide; adding 10 wt.% of liquid phenol resin to give wetting property, 5-10 wt.% of solid phenol resin as a binder and 0.5 wt.% of calcium oxide as hardening accelerator to above mixture followed by homogeneous mixing; charging above mixture in a mold and then press-molding it at the pressure of 156kg/cm¬2; baking it at 40-60 deg.C for 60 min. to give wetting property; baking it at 110-120 deg.C for 30-60 min to cure; baking the resin at 380-400 deg.C for 60 min to burn organic matter contained in the composition to prepare coal pack crystal of high density.
