PURPOSE: A device for linear amplification of CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) is provided to compensate a VCA(Voltage Controlled Power Amplifier) for a non-linearity accurately by controlling a digital gain of the VCA. CONSTITUTION: An adder(11) adds an adjust gain to a transmission gain signal. A first multiplier(12) multiplies an input digital signal by an output signal of the adder(11). A first D/A(Digital to Analog) convertor(13) converts a digital signal output from the first multiplier(12) into an analog signal. A second multiplier(14) multiplies a power control step by power control information. An accumulator(15) accumulates an output signal of the second multiplier(14). A second D/A convertor(16) converts a digital signal output from the accumulator(15) into an analog amplification control signal. An amplifier(17) amplifies a signal output from the first D/A convertor(13).
