PURPOSE: A cylindrical hat for a traffic signal lamp is provided to removably assembly and disassembly for a blind and a rain water leakage prevention without utilizing a bracket and a screw and prevent a stain and a corrosion in advance. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical hat for traffic signal lamp includes a cylindrical hat body(1) made of a flexible material for opening with dividing at one end, a plurality of latches(3) formed and extruded with keeping an elastic holding jaw(5) at a bottom of the cylindrical hat body(1) and a traffic signal lamp housing(7) provided with a receiving groove(13) for receiving a lamp. After the latches(3) are inserted into the receiving groove(13) by a force, it is coupled in order to prevent derail by the holding jaw(5).
