PURPOSE: A power amplification circuit for mobile communication terminal is provided to improve the power efficiency of a terminal by arranging a plurality of amplification elements to maintain a balance of impedance matching. CONSTITUTION: An input impedance matching tap(IM2) matches an impedance of an input tap(I2). A first amplification unit(21) amplifies a power of a signal transported from the input impedance matching tap(IM2). An intermediate impedance matching tap(CM2) matches an impedance of a circuit with an impedance of the first amplification unit(21). A control unit(24) controls an impedance of a second amplification unit(22a,22b) and a third amplification unit(23a,23b) in correspondence to the intermediate impedance matching tap(CM2). An output impedance matching tap(OM2) matches an impedance of an output tap(O2). |
