A wire-shaped antenna conductor (38) runs parallel to a conductive edging for part of the edge (1) of a dielectric surface (7) at a distance of less than a quarter of the width of the dielectric surface that exists there. The wire-shaped antenna conductor has a first point of break with a pair of antenna connector clips (13,14). At a second point of break (15,16) a two-pole electronically controlled impedance network (11) fits in series.
