EROSION-PROOF COMPLEX PIPE FORMED WITH COPPER PIN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An erosion-proof complex pipe and a method for fabricating the same are provided to increase the heat transmission rate with removing a contact resistance by closely adhering a copper pipe to a copper alloy pipe. CONSTITUTION: A copper alloy pipe(14) and a copper pipe(12) are prepared. A plurality of protrusions(18) are formed on a surface of the copper alloy pipe(14). Then, the copper alloy pipe(14) is inserted into the copper pipe(12). After that, the copper pipe(12) and the copper alloy pipe(14) are withdrawn in a predetermined thickness, thereby achieving a complex pipe(10). Then, the complex pipe(10) is subject to a forging process in order to form pins(16). When the forging process is carried out, a spiral slot is simultaneously formed by inserting mandrel into the copper alloy pipe(14).
