PURPOSE: A centrifugal fan for air blower is provided to reduce noise and to increase blast capacity. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal fan(10) comprises a hub(12) joined to an axis(96a) of a motor(96) and comprising a first conical part(12c) on upper part thereof and a second conical part(12d) on a lower part thereof formed to be stair-like centering on a center thereof; a plurality of blades(14) cylindrically arranged on an edge of the hub; and an upper ring(16) connecting upper ends of the blades. Air is blown at uniform current speed by the stair-like conical hub to reduce noise and backflow of the air.
