摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw buckwheat flour set in which it can be easily cut to a preferable noodle width at the time of its cooking, the noodle bands are hardly stuck to each other during its storage or cutting operation, the noodles are easily separated from each other, smell of a chopping board is not transferred to the noodle and taste of cooked buckwheat flour is superior. SOLUTION: There is provided a raw buckwheat flour set having a raw buckwheat flour package 10 packaging a noodle band 12 before being cut and a base sheet 13 having the noodle band 12 mounted thereon. The noodle band 12 is held between an upper Japanese paper 15 and a lower Japanese paper 15 under a state in which powder 12a is coated on both surfaces of the noodle band 12. The noodle band 12 is folded into a plurality of segments together with the Japanese papers 15, 15. The base sheet 13 is processed with an anti- humidity agent at its surface contacted with the noodle band 12. When the cooking is carried out, the Japanese papers 15, 15 are removed and the noodle band 12 is cut on the base sheet 13.
