PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of the glossiness of a bright layer caused by macro-cracks and the transparency of the bright layer, etc. SOLUTION: In a bright decorative sheet, the specular glossiness Gs (60 deg.) measured by JIS Z8741 of the bright decorative sheet 5 after thermoforming in which at least the bright layer 3 is formed on a thermoformable base material sheet is kept to be at least 43% of the glossiness of the decorative sheet 5 before the thermoforming.
