PROCESSING APPARATUS FOR DEEP BENDING STEEL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus for deep bending a steel plate capable of enhancing work efficiency. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a press mechanism 3 for exerting pressure on a steel plate K and a high frequency induction heating coil 4a for heating the steel plate K. Furthermore they have position adjusting mechanisms movable along the plane direction of the steel plate. An operator inputs a set value that commands in what shape the steel plate K is to be deep drawn in a controlling computer in advance. The apparatus is operated based on the set value to actuate a press machine at the optimum pressing position as well as to feed a high frequency induction heater at the optimum heating position, thereby bending the steel plate into a desired form.
