PROCESS FOR CONCURRENTLY STIRRING WITH STEEL PIPE AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A process for concurrently stirring is provided to conduct boring process for H-pile insertion by downward excavation of a screw rod in a single stage and equipment in order to improve working efficiency and reduction of working period by using steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: The process so called S.E.C.(special earth concreting) comprises a first step of boring ground up to a designed depth by an excavation rod(6) and a casing(8); a second step of boring an insertion hole for H-pile by moving a screw rod(10) downward; a third step of removing the screw rod(10) out of the casing(8) by moving an auger upward after introducing stabilizer and agitating soil and earth; a fourth step of inserting H-pile into the casing(8); a fifth step of pulling a gearbox(4) and drawing the excavation rod(6) and casing(8). The S.E.C. apparatus is provided with the casing(8) at an intermediate axis to rotate the casing in order to excavate the ground. The auger can discharge the soil and the earth out of the excavated ground.
