PURPOSE: A deodorizing equipment serving as washing screw press for dewatering night soil is provided, which can conduct effectively filtration and dewatering of sludge by heating the rotary cylinder by hot water or steam through hole formed in the shaft. The system can also easily clean sludge attached to the filtration cylinder(13) by flushing steam through the guide groove formed between the exterior circumference of the filtration cylinder(13) and interior circumference of outer semi cylinders(23,23a). Filtered water is discharged through discharge holes and discharge pipe(26). CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a screw(10), a horizontal rotary cylinder(11), a filtering cylinder(13) and semi cylinders(23,23a). In the shaft of rotary cylinder(11) having screw(10) set around it, a steam supplying hole(12) at one end and a discharge hole(12a) at the opposite end are formed. Around the cylinder(11), a filtering cylinder(13) having many filtering holes is surrounded. Between the rotary cylinder(11) and filtering cylinder(13), guide groove for flowing filtrate dewatered liquid is formed by protruded lugs set at a fixed interval. The whole cylinders(11,13) are covered by two semi cylinders(23,23a) of upper part(23) and bottom part(23a) which are fixed by flanges(22), at the bottom semi cylinder(23a) discharge holes are formed to easily discharge filtrate.
