PURPOSE: A front bumper cover of a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the quality of the commercial use by inserting a bulk head into a lower end of a bumper cover and coupling both ends of the bulk head to a radiator support lower member by using a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A bulk head(40) is inserted into a lower end of a bumper cover to improve the strength of the bumper cover. A plurality of front protrusions(44) are provided at a front of the bulk head(40). A central portion(42) of the bulk head(40) is closely coupled to a central protrusion of a radiator support lower member. A rear end fixing part(46) of the bulk head(40) is fixed to a mounting part of the radiator support lower member by means of a bolt. A coupling portion to be coupled with the radiator support lower member is provided at a center of the bulk head(40). A coupling hole is formed at the rear end fixing part(46) of the bulk head(40).
