APPARATUS FOR MAINTAINING ROUNDNESS IN INNER DIAMETER OF CHOCK

PURPOSE: A roundness maintaining apparatus for a chock is provided to constantly maintain an inner diameter of a chock by completely removing a carbonizing layer and impurities created in the inner diameter of the chock. CONSTITUTION: A roundness maintaining apparatus includes a supporting section, a roundness maintaining section fixed to the supporting section, and a rotating section for rotating a chock. The supporting section includes a guide having a hole into which a moving cylinder(202) is assembled and a frame type supporter(201) having a hole into which guide rods(203) are inserted. A guiding plate(204) is fixed to a rod of the moving cylinder(202). The guiding plate(204) is assembled with four guide rods(203) and a rotating motor(205) is fixed to a lower portion of the guiding plate(204). A flange is fixed to a shaft of a rotary joint(207). An oil inlet(208) is formed in the rotary joint(207).
