PURPOSE: An installation structure of compressor of air conditioning system for bus is provided to easily adjust tension by a position-adjusting device without detaching the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A compressor is coupled by bolts to a link structure installed on an engine block and comprising a fixed link(10) having both ends fixed on the engine block and a fourfold link(11) having a pair of links facing with each other and slidably installed to the fixed link and a position adjusting device(20) placed on an end thereof and comprising a supporting part(21) having one end fixed on the engine block, a moving part(22) extended from the end of the fourfold link and installed to move in longitudinal direction and a rack-pinion lever(23) engaged with a rack part formed on one side of the moving part to move the moving part by operation of a rotary lever(26).
