PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end structure of a waterproof pan quickly and surely executable so as not to leak water, and capable of adjusting a position of the waterproof pan. SOLUTION: In this end structure, a flange cover 5 is laid via cut-off packing 4a on an upper end flange part of a four-peripheral side wall 1a of the waterproof pan 1 arranged on a floor surface of a balcony, and a throating member 6 for hiding this flange cover 5 is installed on a wall surface 10 of the balcony. Second cut-off packing 4b is installed on either one of the flange cover 5 and the throating member 6, and when the cut-off packing 4a is brought into close contact with a horizontal surface of the other flange cover or the throating member, the position can be adjusted by dislocating the waterproof pan 1 in the horizontal direction.
